Who we are

This website is operated by Leo Holdings ApS, CVR 42233196, Copenhagen, Denmark, trading as ReplyRevenue. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at lau.falke@replyrevenue.io.

What data we collect

We collect the information you give us: your name, your email address, your website URL, and any other details you submit through the demo request form, such as phone number or notes about your business. We also collect basic technical data from your browser, such as pages visited and device information.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to demo requests, to prepare a demo on your own website or quiz, and to contact you about our service. We also use aggregated technical data to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel, including Meta's automatic advanced matching. This sends hashed identifiers, such as a hashed version of your email address, to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd for advertising measurement and remarketing. Meta acts as an independent controller for that data under its own terms. You can limit this by using browser settings or tracking protection tools, and by adjusting your ad preferences with Meta.

Legal basis under GDPR

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, for example when you submit the demo form or accept tracking, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and marketing our business and in responding to enquiries we receive.

Data sharing

We share data with service providers used to operate the business, such as hosting, database, email and analytics providers, and with Meta for advertising measurement. Providers act on our instructions and may only process the data for the purposes we set. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as required by law, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email lau.falke@replyrevenue.io.

Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you have the right to complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
